No. We work across the Bay Area, including Oakland, San Jose, Palo Alto, Berkeley, Santa Clara, Walnut Creek, and nearby cities. We have also completed projects outside California, including New York, Massachusetts, Arizona, Texas, and Washington.

What kind of corporate video do you produce?

How far in advance should we reach out?

As early as possible, especially for multi-camera events and live streams. For many corporate video projects, a few days is enough to plan properly.

Are you insured?

Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. We run backup plans on every shoot — extra audio options, spare cables and power, and redundant recording — so nothing depends on a single point of failure.

What equipment does Bidar Video use?

We use Sony FX6 and FX3 cinema cameras, Sennheiser wireless and shotgun mics, Godox and Aputure lights, DJI Ronin 3 Pro gimbals, a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone, and a Ninja V recorder for ProRes footage. Post-production is handled in Adobe applications.

Do you offer drone videography?

Yes. Bidar Video offers drone videography with a certified drone operator for events, promotional videos, and mini-documentaries.

What live streaming platforms do you support?

We support Zoom, YouTube, Teams, LinkedIn, UTV, and others. Many clients request both a live stream and a 4K recorded version for post-event use.

Can you provide internet if the venue connection is weak?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We bring dedicated mobile internet using Starlink and PepLink 5G when needed, so the stream doesn't depend on the venue's connection.
