1. Introduction

Welcome to Bidar Video. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using www.bidarvideo.com.

2. Services Provided

Bidar Video offers professional video production services, including but not limited to:

  • Event videography

  • Live streaming

  • Corporate and promotional video production

  • Post-production and editing

  • Mini-documentaries and interviews

All services are subject to individual project agreements and proposals.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

To confirm a booking, a signed agreement and/or deposit may be required. Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

  • The remaining balance is due within 7 days of final delivery

  • Late payments are subject to a fee of $100 per day

​

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 72 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations may be subject to a fee, especially if work has already commenced or crew/equipment was reserved.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Clients retain rights to the final delivered video

  • Bidar Video retains the right to use content for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, social media, showreel)

  • Raw footage remains the property of Bidar Video unless purchased separately

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and timelines

  • Securing necessary location permissions

  • Designating a point of contact on-site during production

We are not liable for delays or limitations caused by missing approvals or miscommunication.

7. Revisions & Edits

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds (typically 1–2). Additional revisions may incur extra fees, as detailed in your proposal.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in every project, Bidar Video is not liable for:

  • Delays due to technical failure, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Loss of footage or production due to acts of nature or client-caused interruptions

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Website Use

Content on this website is owned or licensed by Bidar Video and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Bidar Video may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
