Speaker & Session Recording

Your speakers invested time in valuable presentations and conversations. We create individual session clips for keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, and featured talks so speakers, sponsors, and attendees can share what mattered most after the event.

Event Recap Video

A strong event recap video helps future attendees, sponsors, donors, and partners understand the energy and value of the event. We capture the crowd, brand moments, speaker highlights, and on-the-fly interviews, then shape them into a powerful, engaging video built for sharing

WHY work with us

Planned for the videos you need after the event

We keep this simple: understand the goal, plan the coverage, and film with the final edit in mind.

We show up prepared, not figuring it out on the fly.

Before your event, we go through the schedule, visit the venue if needed, and get everything sorted so on the day, we're focused on filming, not troubleshooting.

We know this area and how these events actually run.

Corporate nights, galas, fundraisers, we've filmed them across the Bay Area. That familiarity means we know what to expect, and more importantly, what to look for.

We care about the edit as much as the shoot.

We're thinking about the story the whole time, the quiet moment, the crowd reaction, the speaker who nailed it, and making sure it comes through in the final video.

We get it back to you quickly.

You've got posts to make, boards to update, and donors to thank. We don't sit on your footage, and you'll have it while the event is still fresh.

Our lighting setup includes Godox VL300 and Aputure 300D II lights. To add value to production, we also use DJI Ronin 3 Pro camera gimbals, GVM automatic camera sliders, a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone, and a Ninja V external recorder and monitor for recording ProRes and raw footage. Post-production is handled using Adobe applications on high-end workstation computers. For events, we provide a complete PA system for up to 2000 audience members.
