We had the distinct honor of filming a very special event hosted by Virgin Atlantic in partnership with the British Consulate General San Francisco, celebrating 30 years of transatlantic service between London and San Francisco, and 40 years of Virgin Atlantic’s presence in the USA.

Held at the stunning Center for Architecture + Design in San Francisco, this evening marked more than just a milestone — it was a tribute to decades of connection, culture, and innovation across the Atlantic.

Our Role

Bidar Video was selected to document the entire experience through high-end event videography and post-production. We were responsible for:

• Capturing the official remarks by the British Consulate General and Virgin Atlantic team

• Recording the event’s atmosphere, attendees, and visuals

• Producing a cinematic event recap video to be shared across social media, internal channels, and future campaign promotions

This 2-minute highlight reel captures the spirit of partnership, celebration, and legacy at the heart of the Virgin Atlantic anniversary event in San Francisco.

To do justice to this milestone, we brought in a cinematic yet discreet setup, including:

• Multi-camera angles to cover speeches and audience reactions

• Lightweight gimbal systems for smooth tracking shots during mingling and activations

• Natural light optimization to match the venue’s modern aesthetic

• Precision audio capture for clear, crisp speeches — even in a lively environment

• A fast-turnaround highlight video, optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and web
