Corporate Exhibition Videography for DapuStor at FMS 2025

DapuStor needed video coverage at FMS 2025 to document its presence on the exhibition floor and create useful video assets after the event. The project included booth activity, product-focused visuals, presentation coverage, short on-camera statements, and b-roll that could support post-event marketing, sales communication, and brand visibility.

The challenge was to capture meaningful content in a busy convention environment without interrupting the flow of the booth or the event schedule. Exhibition spaces move quickly. People come and go, product conversations happen in real time, and the video team needs to work efficiently while still capturing clean visuals and clear messaging.

Bidar Video planned the coverage around DapuStor’s event goals and the pace of the trade show floor. We captured product displays, booth interactions, presentation moments, branded visuals, and short speaker statements with a professional camera setup designed for a fast-moving corporate event environment.

The final deliverables gave DapuStor a set of video assets that could be used beyond the exhibition itself, including event coverage, presentation recordings, brand b-roll, and short video content for marketing and communication after FMS 2025.
