Tipping Point Breakfast Event at St. Regis San Francisco – Full Video & Meeting Production

We were honored to be the official video team for Tipping Point's annual Breakfast event, held at the prestigious St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco. Known for its high-profile guests and mission-driven purpose, this event required a level of production precision that we were proud to deliver.
Our Role
Our team at Bidar Video was hired to cover the full spectrum of production — from a dynamic, multi-camera recording of the speeches to facilitating a complex hybrid meeting with the organization’s CEO attending remotely.
Main event coverage included:
Multi-camera setup using elevated Spider pod tripods for better sight lines
200–600mm focal length lens for tight, clean shots from long distance
PA system and lighting design for crystal-clear audio and well-lit visuals
Full editing of each speech into separate high-quality videos
Custom titles and lower thirds for each speaker
The Technical Challenge
The event took place in a very large ballroom, which posed unique challenges for camera placement and audio coverage. We arrived the day before the event to:
Scout and position cameras at optimal height using Spider pod platforms
Run cables and prep audio feeds from the PA system
Pre-light the stage to maintain consistent exposure for all speakers
Leave equipment safely overnight for a seamless start the next morning
Private CEO Meeting – Hybrid Setup
In addition to the main event, we also managed a private in-person and remote hybrid meeting for 20 attendees. The CEO was attending remotely, and we ensured smooth two-way communication with:
A live Zoom connection
Camera feed of the meeting room, so the CEO could see everyone
A 90” display TV so the attendees could see the CEO clearly
Up to 20 microphones, ensuring everyone was heard equally
A fully integrated system tested the night before for flawless delivery
